Founding
Year
Our company was established in 1978 and initiated their first projects at Opera House, Kalwa and Thane.
Land
Acquisition
Mehta Group started acquiring large parcels of land at Kalyan, Kalwa, Titwala and other nearby areas for the purpose of construction.
Petrochemical
Industry
We ventured into the petrochemical industry under the name Lubex Petroleum Pvt. Ltd.
Hospitality
Industry
We ventured into the hospitality industry by opening 2 hotels at Kansas City, Missouri State, USA.
